Refund Policy

We have a 7-Days Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

 To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you’ve received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@hiyath.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: HIYATH CHRONICLES Pvt. Ltd. #218, 2nd Floor, JP Royale Complex, 13th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India-560003. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Cancellation Policy

We will only issue a product exchange for any type of product that is returned in an unused, sellable and intact condition, in its original packaging. The product has to be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Missing out on items, wrong order or excess charges must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We only offer exchanges

Order once placed with www.HiYATH.com it cannot be cancelled and can only be exchanged in case of Manufacturing Defect, Physical Damage on Delivery (To be reported within 24 Hours), Wrong Product, Poor Packaging and  Mechanical Error. We do not offer any refunds or any type of credits

Only products bought exclusively from the www.HiYATH.com website can be returned back to us. We will certainly not accept returns of products bought from any other third-party websites or physical stores. You are requested to notify the Exchange Request by sending an e-mail to info@hiyath.com in order to process the order exchange. 

Please allow us time of 3-15 days for your return to be processed, it will need to be vetted by our customer service team. You will receive a tele call or an email once your return is processed

Terms & Conditions: (Non Cancellation Policy)

  • All returned products have to be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
  • Each item can only be exchanged once.
  • HiYATH will not process any refund and shall only process an Exchange.
  • All gifts or promotional products received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
  • All items bought on sale are final – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and that you have not received the refund credit, then please contact us at info@hiyath.com and raise an escalation
